"Wooh~ i wana be a spiritual rambo!

Juz watch finished the 'Rambo part 2' Power to de mahh~!! How can any guy whu watched rambo not be motivated to build up their bodies.. (sure is for jeremy) For mi.. i wana be muscular too! hurhur but not like slyvester stalone.. (coz the molucular structure in my body wouldnt allow) mayb like Iggy Pop. Iggy whu?? let mi see if i can put up the website of him..

there ya go~ =D Iggy pop is known as the grandfather of punk. hmm.. nevermind about that. But look at his body. Ya wouldn't believe he is a 60 years old man singing.

So wat about rambo..? Juz realise from joJo that mayb the younger generation dun seem to hear of him.. Rambo is a movie masterpiece back in the 80s/90s. He is the king of army comandoes. Rambo set the record for any other lone warrior/army movies. Power to the mahh i tell ya!! And slyvester stalone.. Oh man, such great casting! Mr Stalone brought in the emotional feel.. All his movies has this emotional adrenaline attached to it~ Example, after his Rocky movie series, all the italians tot they could go out on the streets and beat up some african american twice their size.

I juz watch rambo part 2. After part 1, he was being put to jail for a righteous act he did in part one during the vietnam war. So the US special force wanted him back to spy on the vietnams if they are still holding on to some POWs (prisoners of war). Promising him freedom after the mission. But its a scam on the US army part. Even though there are POWs being held up, The US army wanted to deny them and leave them to die.. So all so the american pple wouldnt noe and there wouldnt be another conflict or war.. And they wanted to betray rambo too! (since nobody noes about him or this secret mission.) After being captured by the vietnam and russian army (when the US chopper didn't recue them), He did not give in to the opposition but kept loyal to his country. Being saved by a veteran vietnam lady soldier, He escaped from their clutches. That pretty ruan mian mian soldier was unfortunately shot at and died in the arms of rambo. With vengence in his eyes & betrayal & hatred & love & loyalty all stirred up inside him, he went back alone into the hot zone, Killing the soldiers one by one as they are hunting him down. He destroyed the enemy camp and recued the POWs. Brought them back to the US base. Went up to the chief traitor, instead of killing him, He scared him and forced him to recue the rest of the POWs in vietnam.

:[ punk'D by an MLN ]:

i gotta admit~ i was punk'd by an MLN~ Arghhh!!

Guess whu.. I rem juz after my post on why i hate MLNs last Dec, i wrote a post about my BMT fren.. And yep thats him.. that MLN zombie. Why zombie?? coz they lost their sense of life once they join MLN. I rem commenting in my post that i tot he is quite alrite.. lil did i noe. So like wat i said, we realli gotta be more aware when we are meeting up 'long lost' frenz.

That guy name is Ah Hock.. Since last Dec when he called, we tot of meeting up. So finally met up yesterday. I told him we shall go orchard to do some New Year shopping. It was a joy seeing him in 2 years. After orchard we went to bugis village.. Than he commented that at nite we can go to chinatown to walk around. And go there for dinner. Sounds good dis season.. So after bugis, we went to maxwell market to eat. hoho thats where the fun begins..

As we were walking around looking for wat food to order, Ah Hock said.. later my 'part time boss' coming down to join us for the meal coz she is around. IMMEDIATELY i sense its an MLN scam. (in Dec 05 MLN entry, you may read its all the same trick) So i continued to smile and act along.. "ooh okay.. wat food u wana order??" i said with a smile. Than we continued and found our seat. i even insist to pay for the drinks.. =D (he still think im a target)

So as we were eating, b4 his 'part time job boss' came down. i turn to ask him..
mattlex: "so u join MLN..?" =))
hock: "huh.."
mattlex: "so u join an MLN..?"
hock: "erm.. yah" he was a lil astonish
mattlex: "so later your boss coming down.."
hock: "ya.." "err you're in an MLN..?"
mattlex: "nope.. had a few experience"
hock: "oh.. later my boss juz wana join us coz she is in the area.."
mattlex: "okay!" =)

Now we continued our meal..
mattlex: "actualli i had a few frenz whu join MLN also since sec sch.."
hock: "ooh"
mattlex: "but i din keep in contact with them liaoz"
hock: "why leh~?"
mattlex: "i duno leh.. but once they join MLN, they change lorr. And they see every fren as their potential customer.."
hock: "ooh no. thats bad.. thats bad" and he shook his head
i continue to look at him as he look down at his food.

mattlex: "so wat product are you selling?"
hock: "erm.. slimming product and women skin care stuff"
mattlex: "icc~ so your office is in this area??"
hock: "err.. ya juz behind lorr"
and i smiled at him and nod my head..

Than came his 'part time boss'. This time i notice hock was quite shy liaoz. And this part time boss tot everything was innocent. "Hi~ im Cindy!" (i forgot her name liaoz.. mayb we call her miss stinkie here) "Oh hi!!" delaying a few sec b4 i reach out my hand to shake hers.. Than she went to order her food. Than hock turn to tell mi.. "actualli she is a nice person.. we went out sometimes also.." "ooh ok~!" i smiled and give him the 'so wat..' look. Than she came back and start her 'conversation' This is hw she goes..
1) she ask mi wat im planning to do after my army..(and tok abit about that area)
2) wat am i doin now.. (tok abit about it too)
3) Ever plan on starting a business?? (knowing her motive, i played along with her.. all the while was like.. 'ooh' 'ya' 'orh' 'ya..' 'wow' 'haha')
4) If ya were to start a business. wat do you wan to do??
Than she go into it.. "in spore, the best business is 'food' and 'women'!! and she smile and all.. "its earning money from sellin women product" she added. "orh" "wow" "haha" was my reply. i acted like im interested but yet close up.. ya noe wat i mean.. juz wana see her carry on and on.
5) seeing she is not goin anywhr with mi.. she asked things like wat do i do during my past time and all.. all my ans are short and simple and a lil fanciful. so at times we were juz eating our food and there was this arkward silence in the atmosphere. But i was chilling yet disappointed. I would turn around and tok to hock abit about BMT and the food knowing in my mind that this would be the last time i would tok to him. That miss stinkie would interfere with the conversation. (mayb she's 'gan jiong' she didnt get mi yet)
miss stinkie: "where do you stay?"
mattlex: "amk"
miss stinkie: "ooh i stayed there too!" "which part do you stay?"
mattlex: "400plus.."
miss stinkie: "ooh i stay in ave 8 and blah blah blah"
ah hock join in the conversation and miss stinkie said she juz bought a house at amk blk 428. i juz go "oh~" than she look at mi and i juz look back at her. In her mind she is waiting for mi to ask her some curiosity questions. but i juz look at her blankly with this 'deserve to be slap' face.

So at the end of it all.. miss stinkie asked ah hock, "mattlex noe wat ya doin?" ah hock. "ya.. he juz noe.." i smiled at hock and said, "i dun wan to go chinatown already. mi here got direct bus to home" "you go home early to accomapany your girlfren ba" "ok i make a move first! take care! bye!" i said.

hock: "erm.. did you leave anythin with mi??"
mattlex: "erm.. $1000 dollars"
and the 3 of us laugh it off.. (let mi tell ya that is the lamest joke of 2006 jan but the atmosphere was a lil tense so anything goes..)

Ultimately disappointed with hock..! Before that i tot we could continue to keep in contact. We were BMT buddies.. slept in the same bunk.. bathe, eat, even share the same toilet roll.. Rem the whole bunk sang to his Jay Chou songs before we sleep bcoz we dun have music or karaoke. Kaoz.. last thing i wana see him do was to be shy about anything. And miss stinkie.. she wore a cross on her neck..

After everything, i told wenzhi about it. Good thing she and chelle are in suntec.. So comforted to see them!! Went to marina sq too to do some women shopping. hmm.. too bad chelle gotta be home earlier.. and wenzhi show mi her 'husband' on the way to the mrt.. haha~ Than went to chill out abit at esplanade b4 goin home.. Ohh i miss my bike.. =((

And hock sent mi 2 smses saying he is sorry and didnt have ulterior motive. next time go ktv 2gether and etc.. hmm by the time he strike his first $10.000 in MLN, he would probably be coming to one of my 50 ktv lounges. Hope this is a wake up call for him somehw..

:[ Debbie~ my baby sister ]:

Phew.. after my mum left for malaysia, i had to realli take care of Debbie~ Its then i realise hw stranious it must have been for my mum. Doing all the grooming & cleaning, all her house chores above her day job.

Friday nite my mum left for malaysia and Debbie was mssing her already. So its up to the rest of us to take care of debb. At first i tot hw troublesome could it be..? For the first time, mummy wasnt arnd to carry Debb to her cage to sleep. At first i tot she would not be comfortable but she was alrite. Than good thing my bro brought his gf home to play wif debb.. Like every other weekend nites, debb was allowed to stay up. So friday was alrite now..

I slept at arnd 3am, my usual timing, but this morning round, i gotta wake up at 0630hrs to make debb's breakfast. As my alarm clock rang, i went out to find debbie sitting upright. like waiting for someone to open her cage. My mum would feed her at that time. So she was shaking her tail as she see mi letting her out. Than i went to make her breakfast. She finished it fast and soon she was holding her toy than provoking mi to play catching with her.. haha. but i was tired and she juz had her meal. Than i washed her utensils but i couldnt go back to the room to sleep coz nobody was there to accompany her. Than mi lay in mi hall while debbie played with her toys.. But soon about 8am i bue ta han liaoz~ went back to mi room to catch some sleep. Than cleared debbie poo~ @ nite 1000pm wen i came home i found debb in her cage liaoz.. than she got this 'ke lian' look.. so i let her out to play til she got tired than cuddle her back into her cage. But debb than dun wana sleep and kept pushing the cage. so mi took out her most feared weapon in the hse! The guitar~!! "dang dang dang~" As my mum alwaes tell that to debb to scare her.. Than she quiet liaoz.. But soon mi bro brought gf home again so debb got all saturday nite life liaoz~

Woke up @ 0600hrs on sunday to prepare myself to go to church. Tot it would be alrite as i spend a few minutes preparing for debbie. But this morning than i realise the real hassel of taking care of dogs.

Wash myself up soon after i let debbie out of her cage. Was preparing debbie's meal but she was a lil hesitant eating her food. But she did finish and i went to wash her utensils. Than debb urinated on the newspaper (her urinating area) and she din aim properly so the urine flow to the floor. Went to get the mop to clean it. After that i went to take my bathe. Than was packing my bag in my room and soon debbie stroll in.. innocent enough, she climb unto my bed. than as i was still packing, i turn over than i saw her on my bed walking, leaving paw marks on my bed sheet.. Than she lay herself on it and look at mi wif that innocent look "Oh Noo.. could it be.." i tot to myself. i went out to her urinating area to see if she just urinated again. Guess wat.. she just did~! Oh man..! i summon her to come down but she juz laid there lookin at mi.. I carry her down than i tot.. "Oooh.. my floor~" She still briskly stroll around my room floor with urine on her paws. I was gettin 'gan jiong' liaoz.. wat shall i do first..? I went to remove the urinated newspapers n throw it into the rubbish chute.. my hands was stained. Wash my hands than went to get the mop to mop my room and the debb's urine area. Now, debb sneaked into my room and bit my guitar pick as i din close the door.. I tried to get it back, but she took it and ran around.. thinking i was playing catch wif her.. Oh my, im running late liaoz! I fake her and got the pick back soon.. Than the next thing i did was to clear away the pail of water which was use to mop debb's miscue business.. As i poured unto the toilet floor.. it stinks the toilet wif urine stench. than i change the water n put it back outside. Now, i wanted to place a new set of newspapers over the destinated urinating area.. As i put it there and was goin to scotch tape it to the floor, Debbie stumbled over while wrestling wif her toy barney! She trip over the tape and tangle it up. causing the tape not to stick liaoz. Oh man i did it up again. And she trip again~! Duhh~ Twice! =/ After all was done, i wanted to use the toilet to put up my lense and hair.. but the toilet stinks.. Having smell too much ammonia since the time ya wake up realli cause my head alil giddy. It stinks and i feel over-freshened~ But i clean up the toilet floor & quickly do up my hair and drop a shirt over mi and went out of the house..! Debbie was rolling over the floor playing with a shoelace.. =

Than i went home early this sunday with claire and jojo.. gotta feed debbie since no one is able to feed her.. Hoping to reach home by 630pm.. her dinner time~ As i place her food to her.. she smell smell than she step back.. "oh great.. she picking her food again.." than i push the food to her but she jump back more. Not wanting to eat. So i tried to feed her with a fork but she chooses out the chicken pieces to eat.. droppin the rest on the floor.. haizz.!! So i went to get her some cheeze.. peeled them and mix it with her dinner. But she pick out the cheeze to eat and reject the rest again.. haizz haizz~ i left the food there since she doesnt want to eat. Than she went on to play with jojo. You could check out jojo's blog for details.. hahas~ she said it all~ =P

But gotta admit Debbie seems abit off 2dae.. Usually wen visitors came over, she would be hyper in welcoming them..! but this time she is more lay back.. Din went around chasing jojo like the other time. One reason i believe is bcoz my mum is not around 2dae.. Like wat they said.. she is love sick. Or mummy sick. =D Well, mummy will be back monday nite!

So i gotta wake up 0630am monday morning again!! to feed Debbie! she is like my younger sister~ haa' Than probably gotta accompany her abit b4 i can sleep again.. Hope she will eat her breakfast nw this time!

Hmm.. i checked my bed sheet now.. the urine stain has evapourated.. Since she stain only the leg area.. hmm.. dun seem dat bad to sleep on the same bed sheet 4 2nite.. haa~ XD
Duno whr my mum kept those clean sheets.. hmm.. Oh well... watever` XD

This routine is only a day for mi.. my mum does dat every morning b4 she leave for work! Arrghh~! Now i realise hw difficult it could be. Gonna help my mum from now on..

Anywaes, yep finally see blue skies over the busy streets of ang mo kio' and i realise its been quite some time since i perspire while walking. It's been raining non-stop since when? And yesterday's was the climax! it was raining cats & debbies for almost the whole day. Today as i left my hse walking under the clear blue sky that i rem wat i had been missing. Dun ya think soo?? And Debbie misses her walk downstairs..

So wats been up for mattlex recently.. Hmm nutting much~ Juz alil recuperating.. Had been coughing for almost 4 weeks now.. Taken 3 sets of medicine but still couldn't rid of it! Now as the weather is better.. hope it is too for my cough. Well.. suddenly realise i had not been making full use of my free time to visit some old hang out places and to do some old past time too. So gonna make good use of this opportunity! Had recently met up with an old buddy of mine and i am soo thankful for that! Than recently also tot of making up my room.. a'lil shift here and there.. gonna dump away all my army stuff also. make room now for a newer life!! And also.. i had not been sleeping well recently. And my back is aching. Every morning i woke up i felt cramp up.. Arghh~ wats happening man...

Hmm.. my mum juz went to malaysia for the weekend.. And debbie is already missing her.. She wailed and kept lookin under the door as she left. Right now she is laying by the door waiting for mummy to come back.. not knowing it will be only till monday nite! Good thing my dad is around to entertain her. But still... duno wat she would feel like 2nite wen mummy aint arnd to carry her to sleep. Soo hopefully some good frenz of debbie will come over this weekend to visit her.. So she wun think soo much =D

:[ another cousin's wedding ]:

Hmm.. anybody like old tunes? Mayb for the next 2 weeks i shall intro u blognatics to some real smoothing music.. hehe~ Soul & heartful~! For some of you i noe wat u wana say.. 'its mattlex's generation!' =D I noe ya wun let mi off without a comment~ ;P Well hope u may fall in love wif it like mi too!! Hee~ duno why im getting a lil melacholic dis few days..

Well, just now went to another of my cousin's wedding this afternoon. This time round it's from my penarakan influence side.. (shall not go into details) So all my grandmas and grandaunts wore their penarakan sarong and when everyone was gathered 2gether, the crowd look abit... not common. Even b4 that, as my mum, my bro, myself, & 2 grandaunt came into the hotel lobby, immediately a hotel PR came up to us.. "You're attending a wedding??" "Mr & Mrs blah blah??" "this way please.." Well, you couldn't be any wrong why she noe that we are goin to attend a wedding banquet. =\ Anywaes, yup my cousin (the groom) held his wedding banquet at this hotel which interior are quite diff from the rest. & its kinda neat! He holds a small lunch banquet coz he couldn't book in time for the dinner slot.. and also the bride is from Ipoh. So most of her family could not make it down. Next weekend, they shall be going down to Ipoh for another wedding banquet. my mum is going but not mi..

Well.. this cousin of mine had his wedding a lil diff. As i was at the reception for awhile, the bride came down from the lift.. accompanied by a giant Teddy Bear! (its a giant teddy bear costume wore by a man) than this teddy bear went around the reception area shaking hands and taking photograph. Hmm.. it is more eye catching than the bride itself! Not a good move~

Soon after i went into the ballroom and someone came up to me.. "Hey~ its you ar?!" Arghh... its my old sec school fren! Her name is Yuan Yuan! She is the chief waitress for the banquet. Yuan Yuan & I used to hang out after school to study during our exam period. We and a few others were quite a good clique. She has been working in this line since sec sch days and she brought mi in to earn some extra bucks too.. This has been her extra income job since young.. She got a full time job though. Anywaes, she is still as friendly n chirpy! =)) Nice to see ya!

1230pm
B4 the lunch commence, A guest of honour, Chief duno wat peace or justice marriage thingy came down to register my cousin's marriage. In another words, they had their ROM on the spot. Hmm.. i find this quite meaningful.. and they said their wedding vows infront of all the guest.
Than came the food~ Yummy!

The whole lunch was over in about 2hrs. My cousin had this simple wedding lunch.. with no Bros or Sisters to spice up the event! Only a bridemaid was there to asist. And my bro had to comment that the bridemaid dress quite uniquely/weirdly. She wore a white bottle necked sleeveless dress or sumthin.. True enough, the bottle necked look like a rose and her head was pop out from the rose bud.. haha!

After the whole lunch, it was the tea ceremony! The guest and invites made their move.. but the neccesary relatives stayed on. My grandaunt, my mum etc went up to be offered tea.. (its a chinese thingy) Hmm.. but I made a move soon to meet up with 2 of my frenz.. Ran & auntie! Haben seen them in ages. They were my army OETI course mates. We haven't met in a while. Auntie was posted to thailand for a year and Ran n I were in diff camps. Ran is a good pal whu used to bless mi with gifts every month. He won the thailand trip early last year and offered mi to go with him.. Nice guy yea~ Auntie, Ran n myself went to shop at marina sq and suntec for awhile.. b4 heading down to milenia walk for coffee.. It has been a great time catching up with them..! Too bad Kboxing was a lil expensive for a sunday nite... if not i wun be home yet..

As the sky turn dark, we wanted to head down to Heeren to do a lil shoppin but the rain was still pouring heavy so we might as well head home to avoid gettin wet & sticky in orchard.
Mi went to mi home market here to have a nice hot plate of hokkien mee.. Than i dash home~

So this has been my sunday blog! its a lil tone down.. mayb i juz wana suit in to the mood of the song. Did it help..?? At least i tried
