:[ Happie One Year Old Debbie!!~! ]:

Debbie is one year old!!

It juz seems like yesterday that she was thaaat small.. Now this adorable puppy has grown up to be a teenage ah lian. (1 human calendar year is 7 dog years)Yep she would bark at anybody and she couldn't tolerate the slightest sound at the lift lobby outside my home. She always have a tuffle with my upstairs neighbour kids.. This girls above would fake a bark or a shout waiting for Debbie to respond.

Hmm Debb isnt afraid of bigger dogs too. Last week we brought her to a vet and at first glimspe, she bark furiously at a dog, i can say, the size of a guard dog.. The dog didnt even bother to look at her but quietly stares ahead.. Last Chinese New Year, She started to pick a 'fight' with my aunt's male shih tzu at his territory. Well wat a dog! She is afraid of little gurls yet friendly to new strangers. Dangerous"

So is there any party thrown for her?
Well my mum juz bought a small birthday cake with candle. We shall be taking for her photos with it later!

:[ How to wash plates without hot water??? ]:

Think the title to this entry mayb misleading to its content..

But this sentence was actualli quoted by one of the tenants staying in the unit which im looking after. Well i just started my job not long ago.. And in this job i get to meet people. And some are the most 'amazing' characters i had met.

Ehem~ for dis one.. She is super rich! She is soo rich, she makes everyone else feel poor.. i onli tot i could see such a person on tv. Neber did i expect to come across such a person in real life. neber knew they exist. Wooh man.. awesome yet in class..

Her name is Vanessa.. She is half german half chinese. Quite young and had juz rented one of our most expensive unit. The rent per month is $2500. She actualli rented it coz she wana be independant. She probably live most of her life in germany and she does not noe hw to speak chinese. I first saw her a couple of weeks ago.. She came with her mum to look at the unit. She was walking around the house thinking of wat funiture to buy.. And her mum was telling of the stuff she saw at ikea etc etc.. hmm heres a scenario.

At the garden,
mum: "vanessa, i saw those trees they sell at ikea. i think it will look good when u plant a stretch of them over here."
vanessa: "hmm.." noddin her head

Than i was following her 2gether with her property agent, francis, to the kitchen. And i couldnt forget wat she said. we were looking at the toilet behind
vanessa: "can i have a power shower attach to this toilet?"
Francis & my head pop to the front..
Francis: "a power what??!!"
vanessa: "a power shower.. u noe.. a power shower."
Francis: "a power shower??"
vanessa: "u noe.. there are various sprinkle pattern for the shower.."
francis: "huh..? dunid lah. our shower here very powerful one!!"
than he went to ON the shower..
francis: "u see.. very powerful one! you want different shower pattern also can adjust. u see u see~"
vanessa: "nvm.." giggling away.
i was laughing away man..
francis: "dun nid to change la. this one very good.."
than we were discussing about the heater and all and after that francis and i asked.. both with a very curious face
"wat is a power shower??"
vanessa: "its a type of shower where there are 3 shower head held on a pole with different patterns on each.
francis: "huh?? haha"
francis: "why u want a power shower for?" turning curiously serious
vanessa juz giggle away..
the mum and vanessa are very easy going on everything and they left that day in 2 separate cars. the mum drives a luxurious car matching to a lexus. Vanessa drives a smaller orange car.

Than 2dae they came over to move her newly bought funitures into the home.. She has a taste for antique chinese designs and everything was brand new. But another interesting scenario came up.. We were at the kitchen sink and...
vanessa: "do u have hot water for the kitchen sink?"
francis: "no.."
vanessa: looking astonish "hahas how do you wash the dishes without hot water?"
francis and i began to astonish.
francis: "use the cold water lorr"
i was giggling away.. i couldnt believe wat i juz heard. than she was saying about the heater she juz bought..
vanessa:" i shld have consulted u b4 i buy the heater. i shld get those big water tanks type. i had spend half of the heater money on this 2 instant heaters. i shall call back to ask if i can change them.."
nobody pick up the phone....
vanessa: =(( "oh my.. i couldn't adjust the heat level.."
francis: "huh?! no.. u turn this nob to adjust the amount of heat u want.."
vanessa: "oh isst.. haha"
francis: "this is an instant heater. The heat comes instantly once u ON it."
mattlex couldnt believe what he juz heard...
vanessa: "than i shall place one of this heater under the kitchen sink.."
etc etc..

Oh my.. its truly a privilege for mi to meet vanessa and her mum.. At the end of 2dae's meeting the mum asked vanessa.. "when are you free? we meet francis for lunch at crystal jade.." And she said that like she's been there every other week..

i surely met somebody that i neber met b4 in my whole life.. it would be easy to brand her as a 'Another Dumb Blonde' But she is not quite it.. she is working as a psychatrist. She is not cocky also.. but rather quite easy going and friendly. She said she will bake cookies for us next time and she loves to cook..

i persistently doubt not...

:[ Brainstorm~ brains in a storm ]:

Last week one property agent sent some words of wisdom..

him: "you noe.. being a property agent is a tough job. you gotta matchmake a stingy buyer.. with a greedy seller. How are you going to matchmake the 2 of them?? how are you going to fill that $100,000 difference?? both parties dun fit."

than he ends off with a smile..
him: "its all mind trick."

By looking at his SUV, his big nokia hp, his 'managing director' position. i think i can learn a thing or 2 from him.

Just today, my bosses face with a situation. See if you can come out with a solution ba..
A tenant wants to rent his neighbour unit for his mother so he could look after her and they could live closer. But in the neighbour unit, there is a huge old pine tree (twice the height of the house) planted in the garden. The tenant wants to have the tree remove coz its blocking the sunlight and causing the floor level to be tilted. And the tree drops leaves and twigs much often so it needs alot of maintenance. Hmm on the other hand, the tree has been there for more than 20 years. the company wants to preserve trees and the pine tree is definitely very unique in that area. Cutting the tree down would be a waste. And if that tree is cut down, many other issues regarding cutting other trees will arise. hmm got a solution?? How are we going to satisfy both parties when both have a point and both sides meant for good..

Well i guess alot of relational issues and conflicts arises like this.. Which side shall give in or how can both ends come to a conclusion that satisfies? Very often we meant for the good of a given situation but we end up hurting our other party. People do things meant for our good but we do not see it that way.. or dun appreciate wat was done. lack of understanding.

Hehee how good a problem solver are you?? i noe i had failed juz now when the bosses sat down for a meeting to discuss the above tree issue. They came to a conclusion. Which is reasonable though~ Try out in ur mind ba~! or put in the tagboard for Q&A. (haha a good way of marketing mi tagboard horr) =D

In the meantime, lets try to be calm and more gracious to one another in any situation ba.. knowing its for one another good. I definitely muz try hard! =[

Just when you thought this website is being boycotted. Mattlex spring back with one more entry..

Hmm wat can i say? i had been busy. There's this new game i had been playing. It totally blows me away.. away from blogging. and movies too. I had 2 movies in my comp which i had yet to watch. Batman begins & Munich. Both movies has a duration of over 2 hrs. hmm than this game is gonna take mi a few months to complete. (when mattlex put aside movies for any other things, u noe its a good game)

Well phileoo noes wat game im toking about. Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. 1word 5syllibus to describe it all.. "Power to de mahh". I had no idea games could be so advance till this extend. And wat would the future holds..

In this game, u get to move around a huge map in any direction or roads u want! Theres sunny days to storms to fogs. You may steal a car, bike, bicycle, boat, helicopter, airplane.. to move arnd! you may swim, run, walk jump, climb. and you have a stamina meter.. so u cant run forever. But you may get urself fit by goin to the gym to build up the character physics. And it does pay off when the character body become more n more muscular.. You may visit a pizza place or a fast food joint to eat. Buy some clothes, get a tattoe. modify ur vehicle and wat not.. There are a few girlfrenz arnd the map and if u happen to meet them, you may get together. and if u dun date them, pretty soon the character will get dump. So wats this game about?

The character (a teenage boy) escape frm the violent street of his neighbourhood a few years ago. And he return upon learning that his mum was gun down. He is set on a quest to learn of his mother's murder. And he started off 2gether with his childhood frenz. little did he realise that his quest was turn into a life and death situation for his survival.. with corrupted police and betrayal~ sets him on a journey across cities and seas. And to places with diverse culture. And thruout the game, we have to go thru different mission/ challengers to move on. From stealing to racing and gang fights to robbery. ya.. basically ur the bad guy. But this game celebrates another breakthru for all computer games. Come to think of it.. its like fulfilling any child dream. with the freedom to move arnd anywhr doing anythin in a game. Far from the game i grew up with. Where we could only stick thru a given path. Anywaes, thats why im so mesmerise by the game! =D

Yup i'd juz started a new job! Weee! So far its been going well. I must say its a blessing from GOD. I get to work near my favourite hangout spot. Holland village.. My handphone bills are being paid for and i get to wear jeans and shirts to work. Prob can let my hair grow longer and put some colour on it. And i get to move arnd so its easier to pass time. And i believe the blessing wun stop and GOD has something there for mi yea~ Hmm listerning to the prompting of the Holy Spirit is pretty important ehh.. I told Jeremy and Star that i dun feel right when i go for the interview for the prison job..(my previous employment) GOD prompt mi that i will not be in lack b4 hand and when this company called mi for the job, i tot this was it even though i dun feel right about it. Lookin at my natural circumstances i accept the job and oh no.. i got into a 'trap'. This prison job is so isolated.. or not wat my character is build for... its seems to draw my life away.. And worst still, the job that i wanted (this job im in) called mi on the 1st day of wrk at prison. Telling mi that i was selected among 5 or 6 more.. Also, this company called mi onli one day after i went for their interview. Usually it wld take a week to a month. But they called mi the next day to say they had selected mi with zero expriences. (prob coz im cheaper too) but its where i wana be.. I told them that i had juz started a new job.. They were surprise and upset. Told mi they will speak to their boss and call mi back. I was the more disappointed. 'mi of little faith, why din i believe and hold on for one more day!' But GOD came thru for mi again.. the following week, they called to say they will hire mi and is willing to wait for mi for 2 weeks as i hand in my resignation letter. Wow rite!! and nw i get to wrk near my fav waterhole. And so far, it has been going well.. But when i go thru the process, i had no idea hw its gonna be but i juz pray thru.. Star & Jer could tesify for mi yea??

Yup.. juz wana write this down so that i can kip a record and when the going gets tough, i could be reminded of it. Also wana encourage all the readers that not all is lost, and there is a Holy Spirit to guide us. So be obedient to Him yea~ I shall too!!

kaes, gotta leave the office now.. im hungry~
