singapore inc?? its on the news. PM Lee said that in parliament today. When did SIngapore become singapoRE inc.?
PM Lee, on ending his parliament speech, said that by the next election, they will show their report card and singapore can judge whether the government had deliver their promises. (better jobs, better lives)
Did you catch that? Increase their pay 1st than they show their report cards. This would be the best job in the world.
1) u give us more $$ x6, we perform for u. if our pay maintain, the promises wun b delivered.
a) its a threat.
2) the rest of us has to perform well 1st than we MAY get a better pay increment for the next year round. but not for them. they got their pay base on the future not on the past years performance.
How can you increase the ministers' pay when singapore is going backwards? when singapore is getting poorer n poorer. Now singaporeans cant afford 5 room hdb so gamen build 2 rooms for sporeans. pple gave up their condo units and downgrade to 5 rooms hdbs. Its soo common you think its natural. 5 rooms to 3 rooms. 20 years ardy and there are still old women collecting used cans at hawker centre.
the reason why the top private sector bosses are increasing their salary is because the economical gap between the rich and poor citizens in spore are widening. The rich are getting richer and the poor may b poorer or maintaining. Base on the past please. Benchmark their pay package with the lowest paid sporean. (i meant by multiplication of the lowest paid sporean) There are countries who adopt that policy. I think its america.
But they may feel paiseh when they meet top private sector bosses cause their pay is much lower. this would lead to corruption. (but President Bush dont feel so when he meet his pple. even when he meet our PM Lee. and bush earn less than PM Lee)
Benchmark their pay to the lowest sporean earner and this would booast their performance. this is call loyalty to the country and serving her. A civil Servant. Increase their pay than they work is civilain lords. Donating all the ministers pay increases over 4 years to the lower income group will instantly fulfil their promises. (better jobs, better lives)
And 4 years down the road, during their next election, there would be report cards. they control the media. they say what they want. about the upper class and how they are booming. the marina and sentosa power. you see.. there would definitely b good reports over 4 years but are the people generally happier?
we need more low thiak kiang in the parliament hse.

Hey its been quite awhile since i blog. i missed updating on so many things. Especially bout the movie 300. which has leave an impact on myself. that movie is the real WoW factor.
Just had a slight thought bout my past b4 i come to blog at my comp..
I made so many mistakes so far. i think i made more mistakes than i made more right choices. (Thankfully i had one right decision in life and following thru on it) And i think i lost so many friends i dun think i had gain any. And i duno how to gain one now. Feel like im losing one at the moment.. and a couple more down the road..
I knw a couple of youngsters who will read this blog. If ya like me, who tends to make mistakes, commit yourselves to a few right decisions and stick thru with those. At least ya knw somethings! (ya noe..)
Well.. im probably in a valley right now. and i tot im on a mountain top. (or isst) This varse space seems to last for eternity.. or a long time.
Well.. Anyway.. How Emo can i be??! HahA im kidding on the above. im trying to get into the trend k. Recently kids are getting all emo and wash out. Coz i think life is too comfy for them. Only kids who thinks their rich likes to kill themselves. Poor kids struggling for survival are looking forward to the day ahead. Striving for their next meal. Real rich kids dun go emo too! Real rich kids, u find them looking for fun all the time. So if ya the person whu think Emo is cool, its coz ur a poor kid and ya think ur parents are rich. so screw ur mentality, gimme ur money and dig some trashcan to eat. There! i just save the world today.
